採用サイトの構成について

最近お客様からのご相談で多いものの一つに、「採用サイト」があります。

主なお悩みとして、

・求職者が定着しない、すぐ辞めてしまう。
・なかなか求職者が集まらない。
・求めてる人材とは違う人が多い。

求職者もさまざまな方がいる中で、企業側は欲しい人材を厳選するため広告媒体へ登録したり、募集のあった人材への対応など企業規模が大きくなればなるほど、かかる経費は莫大な金額になります…
